The Prepped Box
What started as meal prepping healthy meals for my family each week, The Prepped Box has turned into prepping meals and other tasty treats for your families as well! Everything we offer is macro-friendly to help hit your goals; whether you count macros day-to-day, or you simply want to get a handle on your nutrition by choosing healthy options. Our goal is to turn our favorite flavors into healthy recipes that are delicious yet good for you. We like to enjoy our food, and we know you do too!
Here at The Prepped Box, we pride ourselves in preparing fresh meals from our table to yours. To ensure we provide the best service, we prepare our food in health and safety-regulated commercial kitchens and maintain ServSafe certifications.

All deliveries/porch pick-up will be on Sundays.

Cancellation Policy:
At The Prepped Box, we strive to provide fresh, high-quality meals prepared with care and precision. To ensure we source the right ingredients and minimize waste, we kindly ask that all cancellations be submitted prior to Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon EST) for the upcoming weekend's meal prep.
Groceries are ordered on Wednesday afternoon based on confirmed orders, and once placed, we are unable to make adjustments or offer refunds. This policy helps us to maintain the integrity of our service and continue offering thoughtfully prepared meals each week.
